Whipped goats cheese ‘waldorf’, celery, walnuts, apple, dandelion leaf, cider vinegar mayonnaise

MAINS

Roast sirloin of beef from Mr Finn at Horton-cum-Studley properly garnished

Best end & braised shoulder of lamb ‘en crepinette’, herb aioli, braising juices

 Fillet of seabream, parsnip puree, roasted shallot, poultry jus

PRE-DESSERT

Crème fraiche mousse, pink peppercorn, lime

DESSERTS

Passionfruit souffle, passionfruit sorbet, glazed passionfruit cream

Valrhona guanaja chocolate ganache, rum raisins, banana ice cream

All items of food are made in house from fresh, raw ingredients.
